Currently on the construction of the BD Tuhnice project 01.12.2023

At present, the construction of the BD Tuhnice project is currently undergoing work on the rough wiring of the technical equipment of the buildings and other works according to the list below.

 - HVAC and heating distribution are being completed in the 6th floor (1st floor - 5th floor finished) boiler room commissioning - installation of boilers and water storage tanks, - vertical HVAC distribution are completed after the 6th floor, horizontal after the 2nd floor, installation of heat recovery systems in the 1st floor, - low-current and high-current distribution are completed after the 6th floor (1st floor - 5th floor finished),

-residential switchboards, socket and switch machines are installed on the 4th floor (inclusive), - work is in progress on the main electrical supply to the house,

-the windows are mounted complete,

-assembly of the SDK structures (grids) in the 4th floor (1st floor-3rd floor finished), - finishing of the corrugated roofing ZAPAD, - rough flooring finished after the 4th floor (including), - plastering finished after the 4th floor (including), - implementation of the contact insulation system - finishing the west side,

- installation of exterior locksmith elements is underway.
