Prague is getting closer and closer to Karlovy Vary.

Construction of the D6 is gathering pace. Next year, 50 more kilometres of the motorway should be completed.

The D6 motorway Prague-Karlovy Vary is currently one of the fastest constructed road projects in the Czech Republic. This year, the Roads and Motorways Department of the Czech Road and Motorway Directorate will start work on sections in the Central Bohemian Region, Ústí nad Labem and Karlovy Vary. The work is scheduled for completion on 7 February 2025.

Already now 2/3 of the total length of the motorway has been built, which will not only connect Prague and Karlovy Vary, but will allow visitors and residents of Karlovy Vary to get to Germany in 20 minutes. When the D6 is completed, Prague and Karlovy Vary will be only one hour apart.

Karlovy Vary is now a very interesting region for investment, both for housing and for renting real estate. Prices here are much lower than in the central cities of the Czech Republic and investment opportunities for Czech and foreign investors are only increasing.

The increased interest is due to factors such as the worldwide fame of Karlovy Vary Spa for its healing mineral springs and its rich experience in spa balneotherapy and relaxation. And also the cultural tradition of the town.

An international film festival with the participation of world cinema stars and concerts of world-renowned masters is held here every year. There are various competitions and days of folklore, creativity, culinary, winemaking, brewing, etc.

Every year Karlovy Vary hosts the famous half marathon, triathlon, tennis tournaments on the Kalovar courts and many other sporting events. It is also famous for floating down the Ohře River and admiring the local beauty with a stop at the Svatošské Rocks.

For lovers of cross-country and downhill skiing in winter and hiking and mountain biking in summer, the resorts of Boží Dar, Klínovec, Plešivec and the German part of Oberwiesenthal are nearby.

And for golf lovers there are unlimited possibilities - several golf clubs with top courses in the surroundings of Karlovy Vary will welcome you with luxury service.

By buying a property in Karlovy Vary, you become a resident of this wonderful city and a direct participant in its luxurious and peaceful life.

The new building BDTuhnice will open its doors for you in June this year and Karlovy Vary is ready to become your beloved home.
