Quality of construction in the first place
From the beginning of the planning of the Tuhnice apartment building, it was taken into account that the house should be built from the highest quality materials and, above all, that it should meet the strictest energy performance standards.
The construction of the apartment building is built using the so-called column system, where a reinforced concrete monolith is first built, which is then lined with infill masonry.
The infill masonry will be made of red brick, which is better known to the public under the name Porotherm. This brickwork provides excellent thermal insulation for the external walls.
Equally important are the internal walls between the flats, which will be made of acoustic bricks with a thickness of 250mm, which will ensure absolute sound insulation between the flats.
All staircases and the elevator shaft will also be acoustically insulated, so the new owners will have absolute peace in the apartment. The windows of the new apartment building will be made in a higher standard of triple glazing to maintain the highest thermal insulation values.
We think that living in the new apartment building in Tuhnice will be very pleasant. We have attached great importance to the selection of all materials and together with the contractor we place great emphasis on quality.
