How do you get an apartment in the Apartment House Tuhnice?

As all passersby can see, our new apartment building is growing every day and with a lot of help from the weather, the construction schedule is on track.

The rough construction should be under roof in August this year and the brickwork of the vertical walls can begin.

The building should be ready for winter at a stage to allow the internal trades to start and finish the house to a good standard without the weather.

The building should be completed in April and May 2024 and will be ready for the first owners to move in.

And how can you buy an apartment?

At this stage of construction, it is possible to book a specific apartment unit and pay 20% of the price.

The buyer would pay another 40% when the house is divided into residential units and the rest of the price when signing the purchase contract just before moving in.
