What's new 26.02.2024 BD Tuhnice

The new Tuhnice Apartment House is nearing completion and all that is missing is the facade to show its full beauty. The installation of the contact insulation system is being completed and work on the facade will begin as soon as the weather permits, so all construction efforts are now focused on the interiors.

All power and low current wiring and BTI wiring have also been completed.

Air recuperation units are installed in all apartments, which ensure a very pleasant environment in the apartments and, most importantly, provide great energy savings.

Bathroom tiling and installation of sanitary equipment is being completed in individual apartments and the elevator will be installed in March.

The staircase remains to be tiled, and the humidity in the individual apartments is being monitored very closely so that high-quality wooden floors can be laid.

The model apartment will be completed during March and we will be happy to welcome you for a tour.

The completion plan and subsequent approval will most likely be completed on time and we should have the first satisfied owners of beautiful apartments in May!
